Our story
Simple work, done properly.
Apex Home Point started with a simple idea: most people don’t need a dozen different companies. They need one reliable team that turns up when promised, does the job properly and charges what it said it would.
So we focus on the work Sacramento homes and businesses need most. We clean: regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out and move-in cleaning, offices, Airbnb turnovers, carpets, windows and post-construction dust. And we haul: furniture, appliances, garages, storage units and whole estates.
Because we do both, we’re especially useful when a home is changing hands. We work with homeowners getting a house ready to sell, landlords turning over a rental, renters handing back keys, and families moving into a new place. One crew can clear out what’s left and clean what remains, so the home is ready for photos, showings, the next tenant or your first night.
We’re based at 2020 Hurley Way Unit 150, Sacramento, CA 95825, and we serve Sacramento and 16 nearby communities, from Natomas and West Sacramento to Elk Grove, Roseville and Folsom.

Every price is published: house cleaning from $200, move-out from $400, junk removal from $75. You see your total before you book, and junk removal is confirmed on site before any work starts.
A written checklist for every job
Each of our cleaning services has its own room-by-room task list, so you know what’s included and our crews know exactly what “done” means.
Clear it out, then clean it
We’re a junk removal company that also cleans. When a home is being emptied, one crew hauls away what’s left and cleans the space: one visit, one invoice.
We make it right
If we miss something on a cleaning, tell us and we come back to re-clean it free. For move-outs, that includes anything your landlord documents that we missed.
