Local guide
A historic clay town that grew faster than almost anywhere in America
Lincoln, in Placer County about 10 miles north of Roseville, was surveyed in 1859 along the planned railroad and incorporated in 1890. Clay deposits found in the early 1870s led to Gladding, McBean & Co. and the pottery industry the city is still known for. Then, between 2000 and 2010, Lincoln grew 282%, at the time the fastest growth of any U.S. city with more than 10,000 people, and it reached 49,757 residents in the 2020 census.
Homes from Lincoln’s 2000s growth are now old enough that grout, baseboards, vents and cabinet faces need a real reset. That’s what our deep clean is for.
| Fact | Detail |
|---|---|

Neighborhood by neighborhood
Where we work and what we see
| Area | Typical needs |
|---|---|
| Sun City Lincoln Hills | A large 55+ active-adult community. Residents often prefer a crew every two or four weeks and deep cleans once or twice a year. |
| Twelve Bridges and the newer neighborhoods | Single-family homes from the 2000s growth years: now 15–25 years old and ready for their first deep clean, or for a pre-listing clean before a sale. |
| Downtown Lincoln | Older homes near the historic center and McBean Park, where a deep clean before regular service usually makes sense. |
Because more than four in five Lincoln homes are owner-occupied, regular cleaning (usually every two weeks) is a better fit for most households than move-out cleaning.

Choose the right clean
Standard vs deep vs move-out cleaning
Most homes only need a standard clean. Book a deep clean if the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a few months, and a move-out clean when the home is empty and a landlord or buyer will inspect it.
| Standard clean | Deep clean | Move-out clean | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Keeping a lived-in home clean | First visit, seasonal reset, before guests | Empty home before handing back the keys |
| Kitchen | Counters, sink, stovetop, appliance fronts, microwave | Plus grease buildup, cabinet fronts, hood | Plus inside oven, fridge, every cabinet and drawer |
| Bathrooms | Cleaned and sanitized | Plus grout, scale and soap scum | Plus inside vanities and medicine cabinets |
| Dusting | Reachable surfaces | Plus baseboards, doors, vents, fans, blinds | Every surface including closets |
| 1 bedroom | $200 | $300 | $400 |
| 3 bedrooms | $290 | $440 | $560 |

Homeowners, landlords & realtors
Getting a Lincoln home ready to rent or sell
Much of our work in Lincoln is helping people at the moments a home changes hands: tenants moving out, owners getting a rental ready for the next tenant, sellers preparing for listing photos, and new owners or renters moving in. We clean houses, apartments, condos and offices: empty or furnished.
| Situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| Rental turnover | Haul away anything the last tenant left, then a full move-out clean with inside appliances, cabinets and closets. |
| Getting ready to sell | Clear clutter and old furniture, then a deep clean before photos and showings; windows and carpet on request. |
| Moving in | A move-in clean so kitchens, bathrooms and closets are clean before your things arrive. |
| Moving out | A landlord-ready clean and free re-clean if your landlord documents something we missed. |
One company for the clean-out and the clean means one appointment, one crew and one invoice. Move-out cleaning starts at $400; junk removal at $75.

My Lincoln home is about 20 years old. Do I need a deep clean?

Usually yes for a first visit: grout, baseboards, vents and cabinet faces build up over 15–25 years. After that, regular cleaning keeps the home there.

A deep clean adds baseboards, door frames, vents, ceiling fans, blinds, window sills and tracks, grout scrubbing and buildup removal in kitchens and bathrooms.
How long does a deep clean take?

Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
+
Yes, as add-ons ($35 each). They are included in every move-out clean.
